Shipping & Handling Policy

All packages are sent via Sendle from our warehouse based in Perth WA, with shipping and handling prices calculated at check out based on the total weight of your items and your location. 

Please double-check all details entered to ensure your delivery doesn't get lost as an incorrect address will incur a postage fee of up to 100 per cent of the original purchase.

Domestic Shipping

Once we have fulfilled your order;

- Standard Shipping in Australia will take 3-5 business days depending on the region.

- Express shipping in Australia will take 2-3 business days depending on the region.

If your parcel takes longer, this will be due to Sendle and you can

find more information on shipping times on the Sendle website and/or check your parcel tracking through your confirmation or postal email.

International Shipping

While we do ship internationally, all customs, import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Process

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (not including holidays or weekends). During periods of peak sales or promotion, processing can take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Issues

All packages are packed and handled with care using acid-free tissue paper and eco-friends bubble mailer bags to ensure our products are delivered to you in perfect condition. 

We understand issues may arise during delivery and if it does, please contact us at admin@zandialifestyleco.com.au within 24-hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Please be aware that photo evidence may be required.
